Specific – Identify exactly what goal you are looking to achieve
Measurable – Make sure there is a way to track your progress along the way with check-ins and mini-goals.
Achievable – In order to achieve the goal, it must be reasonable.
Realistic – Don’t make a goal that’s out of reach, and make sure it’s realistic and applicable to your small business.
