Meet Meredith Whitley

Proud Texas A&M University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership and Development, Meredith is a lifelong Aggie who brings that same spirit of leadership, grit, and heart to everything she does.

In 2017, she founded Meredith Whitley, LLC, fueled by her passion for providing exceptional remote practice management and administrative support to therapists and mental health clinics across the country. Her mission is simple: to help practice owners reclaim their time so they can focus on what truly matters—caring for their clients and growing their impact.

Outside of work, Meredith loves spending time outdoors—whether tending her yard, taking long walks, or simply enjoying nature. Weekends often find her cheering on the Aggies (Gig ’em!) or unwinding with a great show. Nothing beats game day energy!

For over a decade, Meredith and her family moved across the country in service to military life. Remote work became her superpower, allowing her to build and grow her business seamlessly—no matter where duty called. In the summer of 2022, they finally put down roots in her beloved home state of Texas, settling in the beautiful Hill Country.

Meredith is grateful every day for the chance to blend her leadership background, remote-work expertise, and genuine care into meaningful support for mental health professionals. She’s excited to partner with you and help your practice flourish!
