At Meredith Whitley, LLC, our hourly rate is $65. We believe in complete transparency because your time—and your peace of mind—matters deeply to us.

We specialize in supporting private mental health practices and clinics with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. Every minute is tracked with precision using reliable time-tracking software, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. In a single focused hour, we can often move multiple projects forward—delivering real momentum without wasted effort.

Workloads vary, and so do our clients: some draw on 20+ hours per month for comprehensive support, while others thrive with 10 hours or fewer. That’s why we keep things flexible. We don’t lock you into rigid, pre-packaged blocks of hours.

Instead, we ask for a modest minimum monthly commitment to reserve dedicated availability for your practice. This ensures consistent support when you need it, without the pressure to “use it or lose it” in a forced way. (Note: Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.)
