Starter Insurance Credentialing Package – $500
Initial Insurance credentialing support:
This package provides support for a solo practitioner who is getting started with insurance, and wants to credential with one insurance plan.
- Initial insurance credentialing application for 1 practitioner and 1 plan.
- Aetna, Cigna, BCBS TX, BS&W and Medicare.
- Includes basic support for gathering clinician credentialing information and submitting credentialing application to insurance plan
- Includes 1 hour of specialized support for credentialing delays caused by insurance plan; this includes phone call follow-ups to insurance plan to check on status of credentialing. (This is about 2 phone calls lasting at 30 minutes each)
- Includes 1 hour of specialized email support for checking the status of credentialing application and communicating with insurance plan by email.
- Turnaround time after checking status with insurance plan is typically 45 days.
- Specialized support needed in excess of this package will be communicated, and billed at the hourly rate of $75 per hour.
Intermediate Insurance Credentialing Package – $750
Intermediate Insurance credentialing support:
This package offers support for a solo practitioner looking to credential with two insurance plans.
- Initial insurance credentialing application for 1 practitioner and 2 plans
- Aetna, Cigna, BCBS TX, BS&W and Medicare.
- Includes intermediate support for gathering clinician credentialing information and submitting credentialing applications to insurance plans.
- Includes 1.5 hours of specialized support for credentialing delays caused by insurance plan; this includes phone call follow-ups to the insurance plan to check on status of credentialing.
- Includes 1.5 hours of specialized email support for checking the status of credentialing application and communicating with insurance plans by email.
- Turnaround time after checking status with insurance plan is typically 45 days.
- Specialized support needed in excess of this package will be communicated, and billed at the hourly rate of $75 per hour.
Advanced Insurance Credentialing Package – $1000
Advanced Insurance credentialing support:
This package offers support for a solo practitioner looking to credential with three insurance plans.
- Initial insurance credentialing application for 1 practitioner and 3 plans (Additional plans can be added-on for an additional fee)
- Aetna, Cigna, BCBS TX, BS&W and Medicare.
- Includes advanced support for gathering clinician credentialing information and submitting credentialing applications to insurance plans.
- Includes 2 hours of specialized support for credentialing delays caused by insurance plan; this includes phone call follow-ups to insurance plan to check on status of credentialing.
- Includes 2 hour of specialized email support for checking the status of credentialing application and communicating with insurance plans by email.
- Turnaround time after checking status with insurance plan is typically 30 – 45 days.
- Specialized support needed in excess of this package(i.e. more phone calls/follow-up/issues with initial credentialing application) will be communicated, and billed at the hourly rate of $75 per hour.
